NWG supports the protection of human rights which is internationally recognized, respects the protection of these rights, carries out the necessary studies for the continuous development of social, moral and environmental issues and health and safety at work.
NWG considers the protection of the health and well-being of its employees and environmental integrity as one of the main tasks that must be observed in the organization of its activities.
In line with these objectives, the NWG undertakes to fulfill the following principles.

- To comply with laws and regulations concerning working hours, fees and benefits,
- To ensure that fees are not below the minimum standard,
