NWG, established in 1996, is based in Istanbul and provides employment services to the leading organizations in 81 sectors with its Headquarters in Istanbul, Regional Directorates in Ankara, Adana, Izmir, Thrace and Field Operations management in Bursa, Gebze and Izmit throughout Turkey.

OUR BEHAVIOR POLICY

NWG supports the protection of human rights which is internationally recognized, respects the protection of these rights, carries out the necessary studies for the continuous development of social, moral and environmental issues and health and safety at work.

NWG considers the protection of the health and well-being of its employees and environmental integrity as one of the main tasks that must be observed in the organization of its activities.

  • To guarantee equal rights by promoting the development of each individual,
  • To oppose the use of physical punishments, mental or physical compulsions, oral defamations,
  • To comply with laws and regulations concerning working hours, fees and benefits,
  • To ensure that fees are not below the minimum standard,
